I've taken real fresh leaves and used them as sandblast resist. glued to a piece of glass coated with metal alloys, I blast that coating off everywhere except where the leaves protect the finish. Once all cleaned up, the panel that remains is adorned with metallic leaves and a lush matte black background, all made entirely of glass!
