Love the Dichroic cabochons but not sure what to do with them? Maybe you don't consider yourself crafty but really want to try?

Look no further. I have possibly the EASIEST craft project in the World for you and you get two stunning necklaces in 10 minutes or less.

Materials included (I supply):

  • 2 - 18" imitation leather necklace cords
  • 2 - silver plated 'glue on' bails
  • 2 - mystery dichroic cabochons about the size of a quarter (chosen randomly from my stash)

Materials needed (you supply):

  • glue
  • positive attitude!

Glue recommendations: You can use any kind of super glue, but due to the dry climate in Alberta, I find that will only last 6 months before becoming brittle. Many crafters swear by E-6000, but personally I'd suggest any two-part epoxy glue

Instructions (or watch this video):

  • Add a small amount of glue on the back side (flat) of the silver bail.
  • Line the stone up over the flat part of the bail and determine the best setting location.
  • Press the stone down on top of the bail and hold for a few seconds (or follow your specific glue instructions)
  • Once dry, string your cord through the loop in the bail.
